A million smiles.

I have found that among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the giver.
There is a wonderful yet mythical law of nature that the three things we crave most in life and I say that is happiness, freedom, and peace of mind. These are always attained by giving them to someone else. We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give. Seeing a million smiles, cries of happiness, and the most powerful word known to man kind, "thank you" really essentiate a person's soul. It gives a positive outlook to what we're doing. Knowing we're changing a person's life. Giving all you have, or maybe just a little means something. Giving back is an area too many of us do not excel in. It is the understanding that experience teaches us to pay life back along the way with small acts of kindness. It is a reciprocal arrangement with the world, give a little and get a little. It keeps the blur of the world in focus. Giving back keeps your mind in tune with others, our perception of ourselves and how others view us. A smile is worth a million, but a million smiles? Expands beyond what we imagine.

Seeing those smiles on those children's faces twisted me from inside out.
I can't even explain, a pleasure to have and yet grieve. I'd say that this is the next chapter.

For we all have yet to accomplish.
